The high-pressure gas containers have a welding container filled with LP gas etc. and a seamless container filled with oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.
Seamless gas cylinders are filled with compressed gas or liquefied gas in a high pressure exceeding 1 MPa and are used for storage and transportation.
As stipulated by the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act, safety requirements exist for gas purpose, production, inspection, handling and management.
Our high pressure gas cylinders are generally used as a material of manganese steel, but chromium molybdenum steel gas cylinder, which is stronger than manganese steel gas cylinder, has been further reduced in weight.
The most notable cylinder is referred to as a “Medium Container” holding a capacity of between 40 to 87 liters.
In addition, new needs for high pressure gas cylinders are being sought, and use of our gas cylinders such as SUMI-FINE (internally polished gas cylinder) series for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, CNGV (gas cylinder for compressed natural gas vehicle fuel equipment) series and hydrogen station containers for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, with the development of technology are also possible.

Disposable gas cylinders are non-refillable cylinders which contain a single gas or a gas mixture used for function testing or can be used for calibration of portable gas detectors or fixed gas detection systems. These cylinders are called disposable cylinders because they cannot be refilled and when empty they should be thrown away. Disposable cylinders are available in 4 cylinder sizes which are 10 ltr, 34 ltr, 58 ltr and 110 ltr. All disposable gas cylinders are filled from a large refillable type high-pressure cylinder which is called the mother cylinder.
The 10 ltr cylinder has a size of 230 x 80 mm, a water capacity of 1 litre, a maximum filling pressure of 10 bar / 145 PSIG and a cylinder connection of 7/16” 28 NS/2 male. The 34 ltr cylinder has a size of 281 x 74 mm, a water capacity of 0.9 litres, a maximum filling pressure of 34 bar / 500 PSIG and a cylinder connection of 5/8” 18 UNF C10 female. The 58 ltr cylinder has a dimension of 359 x 90 mm, a water capacity of 1.6 litres, a maximum filling pressure of 34 bar / 500 PSIG and a cylinder connection of 5/8” 18 UNF C10 female. The 110 ltr cylinder has a size of 359 x 90 mm, a water capacity of 1.6 litres, a maximum filling pressure of 68 bar / 1000 PSIG and a cylinder connection of 5/8” 18 UNF C10 female. Disposable gas cylinders are made of aluminum alloy.
To regulate the flow of (calibration) gas, it is advised to complete your disposable gas cylinder with a gas regulator. A calibration gas regulator is a valve which is mounted on the gas cylinder. There is a calibration gas regulator for the 10 ltr cylinder, and there are calibration gas regulators for the 34, 58 and 110 ltr cylinders. For the 10 ltr cylinder, there is a Miniflo brass control valve with flow indicator with flow rate 0.5 lpm to 1.0 lpm. The material is brass chrome plated. For the 34, 58 and 110 ltr cylinders there are two types of calibration gas regulators: a fixed flow regulator with pressure gauge and a demand flow regulator with pressure gauge. A fixed flow regulator is used for diffusion-type gas detectors which are gas detectors without an internal pump. Fixed flow regulators are available with flow rates 0.25 lpm, 0.5 lpm or 1 lpm. What flow rate is needed depends on the brand and type of gas detector. Fixed flow regulators have a pressure range up to 68 bar / 1000 PSI. The material is nickel coated brass. A Demand flow regulator is used for pumped type gas detectors which are gas detectors with an internal pump for remote sampling. A demand flow regulator has a flow rate of 0.0 – 3.0 lpm. With a demand flow regulator, the flow is automatically functioning with the internal pump of the gas detector. Demand flow regulators have a pressure range up to 68 bar / 1000 PSI. The materialis nickel platedbrass/bonnet aluminium.
Manifolded cylinder bundles could reduce your maintenance and repair costs by 80% over the lifetime of the unit. Our modular, bolted design allows flexibility to tailor the size of the bundle to suit your cylinder requirements. Bolted parts allow quick and easy isolation and replacement of damaged parts. This reduces down-time and eliminates the need for welding, specialist tools and operators.
